大家下午好！
在西安世界园艺博览会迎来海外宾客的前夕，西安市的教育界首先迎来了国际教育的活动：“2011北美国际教育高端论坛暨美国常春藤精英教育项目西安启动仪式”，在此，我谨代表西安市教育局向本次大会表示热烈的祝贺！
在教育的国际交流与合作日益频繁的今天，世界各国的教育体系正在跨越民族国家的界限，进行多层次、多领域的融合，一种世界范围的教育圈不断形成。
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出，“要加强国际交流与合作，引进优质教育资源，提高交流合作水平”。西安将建国际化大都市，教育国际化要先行。西安博迪学校在此方面作了大量卓有成效的探索，取得了明显成效。此次盛会将进一步促进西安的国际教育交流与合作进程，为培养国际化人才，尤其是不出国门接受国际化的中学教育搭建了平台。
希望西安教育国际化在交流中提升，在合作中共赢。

大家下午好！
值此“美国常春藤精英教育项目西安启动仪式暨NASAP北美国际高中教育论坛”开幕之际，我谨代表陕西省联合国教科文组织向本次会议的召开表示热烈地祝贺！向三个主办方：美国常春藤精英教育、加拿大BC省教育厅和西安博迪学校表示衷心地感谢!
随着全球一体化进程的快速发展，中外教育界的交流与合作得到日益加强，大力推动中外教育领域的交流与合作具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
这次我们多家单位共同举办这个国际教育的会议，主旨是传播国际教育知识，分享国际教育经验，引进优质的国际教育资源。西安博迪学校是陕西省的重点中学，也是陕西省联合国教科文组织协会的副会长单位，是陕西省中小学国际交流的窗口单位。
此次博迪学校的北美高中学业水平课程引进了美国一流的SAT教育和加拿大BC省艾尔伯尼教育厅的中学课程资源，让我们的孩子在西安就能接触和学习到国外高中的课程，不通过任何第三方组织， 中美加教育机构之间直接合作，标志着我省的中学国际教育交流与合作直接与国外对接，这是非常难得的。我省的国际交流与合作应该多进行这样的资源引进，从而更好地推动中学教育课程的改革。最后，预祝本次活动举办成功！

今天我非常高兴能有这样的机会让我携西安博迪学校，NASAP北美国际高中教育等，美国和加拿大合作方 課程管理团队以及一线的授课中外教师，在这里与大家分享我校的国际教育资源，介绍我校的国际课程教育的情况，首先我代表西安博迪学校以及美国常春藤精英教育、加拿大BC省艾尔伯尼教育厅向西安市教育局和雁塔区教育局领导们支持和帮助的表示最衷心的感谢，向此次活动的协办方： 陕西省联合国教科文组织协会、陕西省国际文化交流基金会在会议中所给予的帮助表示最衷心感谢。
今天这个教育盛会的主题是开启合作与分享,即开启西安中学生通往国际名校之门,与世界先进的教育组织资源工作合作,与国内教育同行就国际教育经验积极分享。21世纪的中国,经济腾飞、活力增强,学生和家长们对教育的需求和要求也在日益增强.从学术界到一线的授课老师,从教育经管部门到千万个家庭,大家都在关注中国教育的变革,都在探寻教育模式的创新,都在期望我们的学生能够接受更为先进的教育。高考已经不再是成才的唯一选择,留学也不再是少数人的专项,据教育部官方统计,2009年我国出国留学生已达到22.9万,比2008年增长27.5％，2010年我国高考人数再减74万，选择留学海外已经代表一种趋势，代表很多家庭在子女培养的需求。然而，我们也必须清醒的认识到，在留学成为趋势的同时，社会对洋文凭的认识也越来越理性、客观。不会再仅仅因为出过国、留过学就拥有光环，就拥有就业的特殊优势，这就为我们的家长和学生们提出了一个问题——光出国是不行的，如何出好国、留好学才是最重要的，当然困扰家长的问题还很多——比如什么时候出国，是研究生时候出，还是大学，或是中学，甚至小学就去，什么国家好——澳大利亚、英国、美国、加拿大，或是近一些的韩国、日本。去什么学校好，学什么专业好，等等。由于大多数家长对国外教育知之不多，对国外教育情况了解少之又少，这些问题变得令人困惑，加之社会上各类不准确的信息使家长和学生无所适从，令人烦恼。
今天会议最重要的目的之一就是国际教育基础知识的普及，回答困扰家长的普遍问题，帮助家长掌握正确的留学信息，为孩子接受国际化教育做出适合的选择。今天会议第二个目的就是亮宝，亮什么宝呢？就是亮博迪学校国际教育资源之宝。博迪学校18年办学中，积累了很多国际教育教学经验，积攒了许多国际上一流的教学资源，获得了一些难得的海外教育渠道，这些宝藏汇聚起来，成为引领博迪新发展的核心竞争力。今天亮的两大宝贵资源———第一个就是加拿大BC省艾尔伯尼教育厅，第二个就是美国常春藤精英教育，他们是博迪NASAP北美国际高中的合作方，也是博迪的战略合作伙伴。加拿大BC省艾尔伯尼教育厅被OECD经济合作组织评为全球前十的中学教育学区，艾尔伯尼教育厅厅长肯•品克顿先生亲自来到我校考察工作，并签署了工作协议，成为我校NASAP国际高中课程的合作方，稍后会有艾尔伯尼教育厅代表进行详细介绍。合作方二是美国常春藤精英教育，它是美国顶尖的大学入学考试教育机构，培养过22万名美国高中生，并帮助他们已接近满分的成绩进入哈佛、耶鲁等常春藤名校。常春藤精英教育在全美拥有1175家合作中学，在中国仅有一家就是西安博迪学校，这也是美国顶尖的考试教育机构第一次进入中国，标志着中国通往世界名校最重要的学业考核SAT（赛达）考试中心在中国有了来自原产地的、最专业的、原汁原味的教学点，这是一次具有里程碑意义的合作，为此我们准备了美国常春藤精英教育来到中国的启动仪式，稍后请在座的领导、嘉宾和媒体朋友一起见证这个时刻。

I can’t speak Chinese, forgive me.各位来宾，大家好。很高兴来到中国。能够来到这里是我们的荣幸。My name is Ramit Varna and with my co-founder Jake Neuberg. We started IVY-Insiders to help students achieve their educational dreams We are the largest SAT provider in United States. We have helped over 220,000 students gain acceptance to the most selective colleges in US.Two years ago, we started working in BODI school and stated to help Chinese students achieve their dreams as well. International education is an extremely important part of international economy. We are here to support Xi’an Bodi to pursuit with out SAT programs. We will be stick more about the SAT and SAT preparation and we are well for the questions for the rest for the students. Please seat yourself.

Thank you very much It’s an honor to be here., in a great country and a great city of Xi’an. And also thank the students and government officials for having both me and my co-founders here, inviting us to a great city. Today I will speak for a couple of minutes about going to school for universities in United States .At begin I will talk selective colleges, the things the school look for. One of the most important things is the SAT exam and I will speak a little bit about the SAT exam and how students can get high scores on this exam. So first I will talk a little bit about our company, Revolution Prep and IVY-insiders. We are the largest SAT Prep company in United States, larger than Kaplan or Princeton View, and we are expanded international and of course the first country we expanded in Xi’ an, China. Ok, so a little bit about going to college in United States, the most important thing that universities look for their students is No.1 to have good grades and to take difficult classes. Those of things that any of students here at the Bodi school and other international schools are gonna to be cheap because they have such a solid education and such a strong school. The second most important thing for any students applying to universities in United States is the score they achieve on their SAT exam. This is an exam you can study for and with hard work and good teachers and can increase your scores very dramatically to have very strong scores and have scores to have you get into top ranked universities in United States. So the SAT is different than the entrance exam score university in China. It’s probably much easier; it only has math and English. However, for Chinese students, taking an exam, a challenging exam in English is a disadvantage to the millions of students who take it in United States. And so studying for this exam can have a positive effect. The programs we have in United States is very effective to increase student’s scores, we were worked for over 50,000 students. And since last year at Bodi School we’ve been working with students, and they worked very hard, they are very smart students and they’ve seen very strong increase on their SAT scores on the math, the reading and the writing sections. A little bit more are about SAT instructors, they all gone to top universities in United States, Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, they’ve all scored with 99 percentile on the exam and on top of that, it is very demanding who is selected only 2% of those who applied to be teachers with us are higher to be teachers. And among those, only the very best are sent to China for assignment at Xi’an Bodi School. In addition to help increase students SAT score are aimed for our teachers is to also be a mantilla to their students to help those students to learn more about American culture and about going to school or universities in United States. So when those students do go to a competitive university in United States, they are very comfortable and very excited to be very familiar with the culture. Our classes take place at Bodi School and other schools and also over the internet. Students can get additional help from experts in the area where they needed who can also speak with teachers then have graduate from the current attend schools where these students want to go. The name IVY-Insiders refer to the IVY league which of many of are teachers come from the most selective colleges in America. It’s also where many of our students end up doing. We’ve have thousands of students who have admitted to the best universities in United States and we are very proud of what we’ve done to help students and we are very proud of our achievements of those students. Please ask us how we can help you to set up a program at your school to help your child increase their SAT scores and get into the top selective universities. We are here all day today and here tomorrow and then travelling through China for the next couple of days. We are honor to be here and we thank you very much for the invitation Once again to your great city and great nation.

加拿大BC省艾尔伯尼教育厅驻华代表Eric Gibb先生

British Columbia is located at the west coast of Canada. The climate here is very nice. Winter is not very cold and summer is not very hot. On many occasions, BC has been selected as one of the best places in the world to live by the United Nations. It’s also a very safe place. Sometimes you can see the royal polices who wear the traditional units on the street, maintaining the public order. British Columbia has a very strong education system. There are seven famous universities, including three ranked top 200 in the world and one ranked top 50. In the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), the education quality in Canada ranked second in the world. But in English speaking countries, it’s always the best. Canada has the most comprehensive health care system. The foreign students only need to pay 800$ each year, then they can enjoy free medical service throughout the year.
Alberni District Secondary School is currently building the most advanced and high technological campus. The teachers in Alberni District Secondary School are all qualified and well trained. The school provides ESL program all year round. The foreign students can come to Canada to have the English class at any time during the year. The school also provides small classes. Each class has less than 30 students. The good language environment allows students to improve their English in the shortest time. In Alberni District, there are few Chinese students but many home stay families. Students can select the best and suitable one.
Canadian education is different from Chinese education. Chinese education always asks students to remember the knowledge. But Canadian teachers always encourage students to use the knowledge to solve the new problem. So to the students who have the plan to study in Canada, they should experience Canadian education as early as possible. And now the Sino-Canadian Cooperation Program in Xi’an Bodi School provides students the chance to have Canadian courses in China.
