Toronto: introducing the preparatory courses of famous universities and establishing a highly-qualified platfrom together
　　From Aug.,2nd to Aug., 5th, our chairman- Liu Yubo visited Toronto and Hamilton by the invitation of our sister school-Columbia International College. During the visit, Liu met the executive director of CIC-Mr. Clement Chan, director- Jim Campell, director of international affairs- Ms. Ping Tse and Teacher Chen Jian, and discussed precisely on offering preparatory courses of world famous univeristies in Bodi School ,Bodi students’ 2010 Summer Camp in Canada, and so forth.
　　In April of 2009, Bodi signed the sister school agreement wirh Colombia International College - one of the best high schools in Canada and became its only partner in Shaanxi province. The two parties will offer preparatory courses of world famous univeristies in Bodi School and cooperate with each other on Bodi graduates’ further education in North America. This has promoted the introduction of international excellent education resources into Bodi and will help Bodi to become one of the first class high shools in the world.
　　During the visit, Liu got more infromation about CIC’s history, development, teaching and student’s living management. She also viewed CIC’s teaching and living facilities, inquring precisely on oversea students’ enrollment and management and finding out questions on visa for a Bodi’s student ,who would be the first to study in CIC.
　　A brief introduction of CIC:
　　CIC was established in 1979 and is famous for its excellent high school education, high university enrollment rate, special “total care education system”, and splendid boarding facilities. Now , CIC has 1200 students ; and it’s one of the largest high schools in Canada. CIC has been paying much attention to the cultivation of oversea students since its establishment, the school can make the oversea students get used to the life there quickly and catch up with the local good students’ academic level in a short period. 88.9% of CIC’s graduates will be enrolled by first class universities of Canada, USA and Europe, in which, Pre –University preparatory courses playes a very important role.
